By using our classifieds ads listing form (“Listing Form”) to submit your advertisement(s) on our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your listing. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Listing Form or submit any advertisement on FreeAdNepal.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. By accessing or using the Listing Form on FreeAdNepal, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any other policies referenced herein.

1.2. These Terms apply to all users of the Listing Form, including but not limited to individuals, companies, and organizations.

1.3. We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Listing Form after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1. You must be at least 18 years of age or of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Listing Form.

2.2. By using the Listing Form, you represent and warrant that:

    • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;

    • You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations;

    • You are authorized to submit the advertisement if acting on behalf of an organization or business.

3. Submission of Listings

3.1. All advertisements submitted through the Listing Form are subject to review and approval by FreeAdNepal administrators. Approval is discretionary and may be delayed, modified, or rejected without explanation.

3.2. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when submitting a listing.

3.3. Listings may include text, images, videos, links, or other content. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content:

    • Does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others;

    • Is not false, misleading, or fraudulent;

    • Does not contain viruses, malware, or harmful code;

    • Complies with all applicable laws, including advertising, consumer protection, and privacy laws.

3.4. By submitting a listing, you grant FreeAdNepal a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the platform.

4. Prohibited Listings and Content

You agree not to submit any listing that:

4.1. Promotes or depicts illegal activity, violence, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.

4.2. Contains sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content not suitable for a general audience.

4.3. Advertises counterfeit goods, unauthorized replicas, or infringing products.

4.4. Misrepresents your identity, affiliation, or qualifications.

4.5. Invades the privacy of individuals or discloses personal information without consent.

4.6. Engages in fraudulent schemes, scams, or pyramid schemes.

4.7. Violates intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets.

4.8. Uses the Listing Form to distribute unsolicited advertising, spam, or malware.

Failure to comply with these prohibitions may result in removal of your listing, suspension, or permanent termination of your access to FreeAdNepal.

5. Listing Approval and Moderation

5.1. FreeAdNepal administrators review all submitted listings and reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any listing at any time without notice.

5.2. Approval of listings does not constitute endorsement or verification of the content. FreeAdNepal is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or reliability of any listings posted.

5.3. We may remove listings that violate these Terms, contain prohibited content, or are reported by other users.

6. User Responsibilities

6.1. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account or submitted through your listings.

6.2. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials and not allow unauthorized use of the Listing Form.

6.3. You must notify FreeAdNepal immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.

6.4. You agree not to:

    • Interfere with the operation of the Listing Form;

    • Use automated tools or scripts to submit listings or scrape data.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1. All content on FreeAdNepal, including text, images, graphics, logos, software, and designs, is the property of FreeAdNepal or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2. You retain ownership of the content you submit but grant FreeAdNepal the license described in Section 3.4.

7.3. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from FreeAdNepal content without prior written permission.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1. Any personal data collected through the Listing Form is governed by our Privacy Policy. By submitting a listing, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9.3. FreeAdNepal is not responsible for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from your reliance on or use of the Listing Form or any listings submitted by other users.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeAdNepal, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

    • Use of the Listing Form;

    • Submission, display, or removal of listings;

    • Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content;

    • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

10.2. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain types of damages; in such cases, liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FreeAdNepal, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

    • Your submission of listings;

    • Violation of these Terms;

    • Violation of applicable laws or rights of third parties;

    • Use of the Listing Form by you or anyone using your account.

12. Termination

12.1. FreeAdNepal may suspend or terminate your access to the Listing Form at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.

12.2. Termination does not affect your obligations under Sections 7, 8, 10, and 11, which survive termination.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

13.1. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable local laws.

13.2. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Listing Form shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

13.3. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. International Use

14.1. FreeAdNepal is accessible globally. By submitting a listing, you agree to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

14.2. You acknowledge that listings may be viewed by users worldwide and that you are solely responsible for any legal compliance issues that arise in any location.

15. Third-Party Links and Services

15.1. The Listing Form may contain links to third-party websites or services.

15.2. FreeAdNepal is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites. Access to third-party sites is at your own risk.

16. Modifications to the Listing Form

16.1. FreeAdNepal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Listing Form at any time, with or without notice.

16.2. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

17. Entire Agreement

17.1. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and FreeAdNepal regarding the Listing Form.

17.2. Any prior agreements, understandings, or representations are superseded by these Terms.
